Using TenderWoman
Terms of service
These terms cover access to the TenderWoman website and app, including the current free beta. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and the linked policies.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service where you live. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate information when creating your own account.
Member profiles
TenderWoman profile pages present member photos, introductions, and details. The features available for starting or continuing a conversation are the ones shown in your account. A profile page does not guarantee that another member will reply.
Respectful use
Do not use the service to threaten, harass, deceive, violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the platform or attempt to access another person’s account. Do not copy or reuse profile material outside the uses permitted to you by law and the applicable rights holder.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate suspected misuse or maintain the service.
Beta features and subscriptions
TenderWoman is currently a free beta and recurring subscription billing is not active. Features may change during beta. If paid plans become available, the price, renewal interval, included features and cancellation process will be shown before you purchase. Any paid plan will be governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable consumer law.
Content and service availability
You remain responsible for content you submit to your account. You give TenderWoman permission to host and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; where law requires notice or remedy, those rights continue to apply.
The website is provided as available during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every preview or feature will always be available.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
