Information connected to your account

When you register or use the app, information you submit may include account identifiers, profile details, photos, preferences, likes and conversations. Information is used to provide the features you choose, maintain your account, protect the service and respond to support requests.

Do not include sensitive personal details in a public profile or message unless you are comfortable sharing them with the intended audience.

Member profile information

Profiles shown on TenderWoman may include a member's name, age, photographs, location, introduction, interests, and relationship preferences. These details are used to present profiles and support discovery and conversation features. Members should only share information they are comfortable making visible to others on the service.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by infrastructure providers needed to run the website and account features, or disclosed when required by law or needed to address security, abuse or safety concerns. TenderWoman does not intentionally display private account information as a public profile preview.

Subscription billing is not active in the current beta. If payment processing is introduced, the payment flow and this notice will explain what information is handled for that purpose before a purchase is offered.

Your choices and requests

Use the account settings available in the app to review or change profile information. For privacy questions or a request about your account data, email hello@tenderwomens.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Privacy rights depend on your location. Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing.

Product usage

Signed-in product events record actions such as viewing recommendations, sending introductions, making connections and using safety controls. These records help evaluate the service; a count does not prove a successful relationship. Message content is not copied into product analytics. Optional public-page usage counts require a separate browser choice and are aggregated without visitor identifiers. See the cookie notice to change that choice.

Adults only and updates

TenderWoman is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly invite people under 18 to create accounts. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page.

Automated replies

Enabled automated conversations show AI-assisted disclosures. The underlying message origin remains recorded internally; an automated persona is not a verified human participant.

For enabled automated conversations, the server sends the profile’s approved information, your current message, recent messages and a limited conversation-specific record of attributed user statements to Groq to generate a reply. Messages and that limited context are stored for the conversation; they are not a guarantee of unlimited recall. Optional local message caching remains a separate choice in the conversation’s device privacy controls.
